Description
Convera is hiring a Client Relationship Manager (Financial Institutions) to manage a portfolio of strategic financial institution clients, drive revenue growth and retention, and lead operational and service escalations. The role requires expertise in cross-border payments, foreign exchange, regulatory environments, and complex B2B relationships, along with experience in relationship management, account management, payments, banking, treasury, fintech, or foreign exchange. The position includes mentoring newer CRMs, supporting product launches and migrations, and contributing to process improvements. The expected base salary is $90,000-$120,000 per year, with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
