Description
Human Interest is hiring a Client Relationship Manager to serve as the single point of contact for plan sponsors, resolve customer issues, communicate plan features, support plan design and compliance, and coordinate annual testing, Form 5500 filings, audits, and regulatory reporting. The role requires 3–5+ years of A-Z plan administration experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-growing startup environment; FT William and/or ASC software experience is a bonus. The base salary is $70,000–$75,000 annually, with health, dental, vision, retirement, leave, wellness, and other benefits.
