Description
The Merchant Relationship Representative promotes Viva.com’s business services, onboards merchants in the field, assists with verification and activation, monitors portfolio performance, presents product features, and strengthens client relationships through visits and industry events. The role requires at least two years of business development experience, preferably in payments, strong stakeholder and communication skills, and business-level English and Portuguese. It is a permanent contract through an Employer of Record with a performance-based bonus and benefits including meal vouchers, allowances, a car allowance, and group medical plan coverage.
