First Merchants Bank is hiring a full-time Customer Relationship Representative (Universal Banker) - Reserve to provide high-quality customer service, complete banking transactions, answer customer inquiries, build customer loyalty, support banking-center operations, and sell bank products. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least six months of product or service sales experience, at least one year of sales, banking, or related experience, extensive daily travel to assigned banking centers, S.A.F.E. Act registration within three months of hire, and the ability to obtain a Notary Public designation.
