Description
The Client Relationship Specialist Floater - B&P supports a banking center by building client relationships, acquiring new clients, increasing deposits and fee income, generating loan referrals, and providing customer service. The role also includes teller duties such as processing transactions, managing cash and vault operations, handling deposits and withdrawals, maintaining accounts, and completing BSA/KYC/ECS/RFI requests. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent experience, at least three years of retail banking or cash-handling experience, bilingual English-Spanish ability, teamwork, sales and cross-selling knowledge, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong communication and organizational skills, and knowledge of banking compliance.
