Equitable is hiring a Client Relationship Specialist – Implementation for its Group Benefits team. The role manages the end-to-end onboarding and implementation of group benefits plans, translating client requirements into internal systems, coordinating with underwriting, administration, claims, IT, and other partners, tracking implementation milestones, resolving exceptions, and supporting complex or non-standard implementations. The position is permanent and full-time, based in Alberta, with home-office work and occasional in-person assignments in the Waterloo Region or other assigned locations.
