Interactive Brokers Group is hiring a Client Risk Analyst I to serve professional institutional clients in the Asia-Pacific region, including broker-dealers, hedge funds, investment managers, and proprietary trading groups. The role handles client inquiries across multiple channels, investigates account and trade-related issues, meets clients to understand needs and recommend workflow solutions, and analyzes service issues for process improvements. Candidates need at least two years of experience, strong knowledge of financial products such as equities, options, futures, and foreign exchange, excellent English and Chinese communication skills, and HKSI or FINRA licensing (or the ability to obtain it).
