Bel Air Investment Advisors is hiring a Client Service/Advisory Associate to support the advisory team by coordinating client service, operational and product activities, new-client onboarding, account establishment and transfers, asset allocation and reallocation, and investment implementation. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and Microsoft Office skills, with experience in a Registered Investment Advisor or brokerage environment preferred. The position offers medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid parental leave, a 401(k) matching plan, HSA contributions, student loan assistance, pet insurance, and a base salary of $110,000–$120,000 plus a discretionary bonus.
