Description
The Senior Client Service Associate will serve as the central contact for French-speaking clients and internal stakeholders, manage complex client cases and operational processes, build long-term relationships across international markets, collaborate with internal teams, support and coach colleagues, and develop knowledge of financial products, markets, and platforms. The role is based in Amsterdam, requires a relevant bachelor's or master's degree, native French and high English proficiency, extensive client-facing experience, strong investment and financial-market knowledge, and AMF certification or the ability to obtain it quickly. The salary is €3,300–€4,000 gross per month.
