California Bank & Trust is hiring a full-time Client Service Associate (Teller) for its Tustin, California branch. The role serves as the branch’s face, processing debit and credit transactions, opening accounts, issuing checks and ATM cards, performing transfers and account maintenance, resolving client issues, and cross-selling banking products. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, 0–1 year of related banking or cashiering experience, strong balancing and customer-service skills, and the ability to cross-sell products. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid leave, and other benefits, and a base salary of $20–$27 per hour.
