California Bank & Trust is hiring a full-time Client Service Associate (Teller) for its Scripps Poway San Diego branch. The role serves as the branch’s customer-facing representative, processing debit and credit transactions, opening accounts, issuing checks and ATM cards, performing transfers and account maintenance, resolving client issues, and identifying cross-sell opportunities. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent and at least six months of cashiering, customer service, balancing, or related experience, along with strong math, cashiering, balancing, and customer service skills. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and offers medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid leave, training, and other benefits, with a base salary of $21–$25 per hour.
