Centria Healthcare is hiring a Client Service Manager to oversee in-home care delivery for a group of catastrophically ill or injured clients across Michigan. The role manages a team of healthcare professionals, coordinates care logistics, handles client complaints and satisfaction issues, develops and schedules staff, conducts interviews and performance reviews, supports compliance and referral relationships, and contributes to business growth. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong client and negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a high-pressure environment; office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with potential overtime and occasional on-call duties.
