Description
AmanaCare is hiring a Care Coordinator to oversee clients and caregivers within a geographically assigned territory. The role supervises and develops caregivers, ensures EVV and care-plan compliance, conducts supervisory visits, manages client onboarding and satisfaction, monitors Care360 activities, documents hours and mileage in Axiscare, and reports performance and KPI progress. The position requires management or supervisory experience, caregiver-training experience, communication and problem-solving skills, knowledge of elderly and disabled care, Microsoft Office and Axiscare experience, a valid Nebraska driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance. Prior caregiving or management experience is preferred, and the salary is $55,000-$60,000.
