Marsh is hiring a Client Service Manager for its Captives team to manage the financial monitoring, accounting, regulatory compliance, audit coordination, and client relationships for insurance entities, captives, and reinsurance pools. The role requires professional accounting designation, account-management experience, and financial reporting experience under GAAP or IFRS in an insurance regulatory environment. It can be based in any US office location and follows Marsh’s hybrid work model, requiring onsite work at least three days per week. The applicable base salary range is $63,100 to $134,400, with possible performance-based incentives and health, welfare, retirement, and other benefits.
