PET Emergency Treatment is hiring Client Services Representatives for full-time and part-time 10-hour shifts at its 24-hour emergency veterinary hospital in Anchorage, Alaska. The role provides in-person and phone customer service, manages client check-in and check-out, maintains records and financial accounts, triages cases, supports grieving or stressed clients, resolves service issues, and coordinates with veterinarians, technicians, and other hospital staff.
