Description
The Client Service Representative serves as the primary operational and service interface for clients, managing existing relationships, resolving inquiries, onboarding new clients, supporting retention, and collaborating with investment, compliance, financial planning, and Private Wealth teams. The role also handles administrative duties such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and business travel, while requiring a FINRA Series 65 license or the ability to obtain it within 120 days of employment. A bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years of similar or related experience are preferred, along with experience working with high-net-worth individuals and families and proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and AI tools.
