ISCO Industries is hiring a Client Service Representative to support HDPE piping projects and customers from opportunity through fulfillment. The role prepares quotations, determines pricing and sourcing strategies, coordinates logistics, provides technical application information, follows up with customers, negotiates price and availability, processes transactions, manages projects, and serves as a liaison among customers, sales, support departments, and vendors. The position requires an associate or technical school degree in sales, marketing, business, or a closely related field; prior direct customer selling experience is preferred but not required, and the role includes medical, dental, vision, and a 3% retirement match benefit.
