DWS Printing is hiring a full-time Client Service Representative in Deer Park, New York. The role serves as the primary contact for clients from order entry through shipment, processes and manages label orders and artwork, coordinates with sales, prepress, production, and shipping, tracks job status, resolves customer issues, and supports estimates, reorders, rush orders, and special requests. The position requires 3–5 years of client service, account management, or order-management experience, strong communication and project-management skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.
