Client Service Representative I - Branch: Cass at Security National Bank

The Bank Teller provides prompt and accurate transaction services to customers, including answering inquiries, processing deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, cashier’s checks, credit-card and loan payments, and maintaining cash drawers. The role also requires knowledge of bank products, fraud awareness, customer confidentiality, teamwork, and adherence to branch procedures. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least six months of customer service experience, and preferably six months of cash-handling or cashier experience.
