Summit Veterinary Referral Center is hiring a full-time Client Service Representative in Tacoma and South Puget Sound, Washington. The role serves as the first point of contact for clients, checks them in, assesses patients, discusses fees and payment options, answers questions about emergency care, collects deposits and payments, communicates with veterinary staff, and maintains client and medical records. The position offers flexible availability, including Tuesday through Thursday 6 a.m.–6 p.m. or overnight 6 p.m.–6 a.m., with hourly pay of $18.00–$23.00 plus a night differential.
