Description
The Client Service Support Specialist serves as the first point of contact for clients, family members, and caregivers navigating support services, appeals, grievances, social-service needs, billing issues, and insurance coverage. The role provides empathetic, accurate assistance across phone, chat, and email; documents interactions in a CRM; escalates urgent or high-risk issues; coordinates referrals and handoffs; and collaborates with internal departments. A bachelor’s degree and at least three years of customer experience in a healthcare contact center are required, with virtual contact-center experience preferred.
