Amdocs is hiring an Account Manager in Limassol, Cyprus, to support client needs and day-to-day account operations across multiple digital content distribution platforms. The role manages client requests, billing, content ingestion, quality control, metadata and VOD platform configuration, troubleshooting, deliverable tracking, performance reporting, and coordination with internal operations, business, and sales teams. Candidates should have experience in client services, account management, or customer-facing operations within digital media or technology, with strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills; knowledge of metadata management, content ingestion, and quality control is preferred. The role requires minimal travel and is not managerial.
