Description
The Client Services Associate provides luxury client service for RH, greeting clients, answering questions, connecting them with appropriate associates, supporting gallery partners, communicating through the gallery, phone, and email, and creating a polished luxury experience. The role requires strong organization, communication, relationship-building, and familiarity with RH products, along with proficiency in Mac, iOS, Microsoft Office, and Google Applications. Physical duties include lifting up to 30 pounds and working around gallery, stockroom, and office areas.
