TransPerfect is hiring a Client Services Associate for its Medical Writing division to serve as the first level of support to existing clients and manage and coordinate language projects. The role handles client requests, project scope and cost/timeline estimates, budget and schedule communication, progress monitoring, client liaison, complaint investigation, and problem-solving. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, English communication skills, customer service experience, analytical and time-management abilities, and strong Microsoft Office skills; project coordination experience is a plus.
