Description
The Client Services Associate serves as the first level of support for existing clients and manages and coordinates the completion of language projects in the Seoul Office. The role handles client requests, prepares project budgets and timelines, communicates with clients and production staff, monitors progress and deadlines, resolves issues and complaints, and ensures high-quality deliverables while following ISO standards. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, English and Korean communication skills, problem-solving and analytical abilities, customer service or project management experience, organizational skills, Microsoft Office knowledge, and the ability to prioritize and work collaboratively.
