BillionToOne is hiring a full-time, onsite Client Services Associate I, Oncology to serve as the primary customer-facing point of contact for physicians, oncology clinics, patients, and clinical staff. The role handles inquiries about technology, products, test results, costs, billing, and insurance; maintains CRM and LIMS records; coordinates with the laboratory; and supports customer experience and process improvement. Candidates need at least one year of client-facing experience, a four-year college degree or equivalent experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The position offers $28.90 per hour in base pay, with total compensation of $66,123 per year.
