Climate Impact Partners is hiring a Client Services Associate to manage a portfolio of client relationships from onboarding through ongoing engagement and renewal. The role handles client communications, onboarding steps, queries, carbon credit and energy attribute certificate retirement requests, reporting support, client engagement, and instrument-account accuracy, while collaborating with the Strategic Account Management team and helping build the Client Services function. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience, client-facing experience, cross-functional collaboration, and interest in sustainability or climate markets are sought; the position offers remote working and medical, vision, dental, and other benefits.
