Axuall is hiring a remote Client Services Consultant in the United States to advise healthcare organizations on workflow improvement, Axuall solution adoption, organizational change, and measurable outcomes. The role leads workflow discovery and future-state design, coordinates implementation workstreams, develops adoption and optimization strategies, and contributes reusable consulting practices and customer insights to product improvement. Candidates need at least five years of healthcare technology, consulting, implementation, or customer success experience, along with strong healthcare domain knowledge, analytical and facilitation skills, and the ability to manage multiple customer engagements. The position offers a base salary of $100,000 to $120,000, semi-monthly pay, and additional bonus and equity opportunities.
