Veeva Systems is hiring a Client Services expert to serve as a strategic advisor to enterprise pharmaceutical clients, build executive relationships, develop client strategies, translate campaign performance into business recommendations, partner cross-functionally, influence the Ostro product roadmap, and lead account expansion. The role requires 7+ years of digital marketing, client services, or account management experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences, along with expertise in omnichannel marketing, MLR and FDA processes, pharmaceutical launches, and HCP and patient websites. The position offers a Work Anywhere arrangement, medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance, and a base salary of $115,000 to $175,000.
