This role involves managing the shelter admission process, delivering coordinated, trauma-informed support to clients, and acting as a trusted advocate for vulnerable older adults experiencing abuse, neglect, or financial exploitation. The manager collaborates with various teams to ensure a safe and respectful experience, provides case management, maintains client information, manages the helpline, coordinates discharge planning, and supports training initiatives.
