Cielo is hiring a Client Services Manager to lead a team of recruiters supporting talent acquisition for Life Science clients. The role manages recruiter performance, coaches direct reports, develops recruiting strategies and metrics, manages client relationships and programs, and oversees Cielo-specific reporting and P&L management. Prior talent acquisition or human resources experience, team-coaching experience, recruitment technology knowledge, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a preferred bachelor’s degree in a related field are required or preferred.
