Description
Cielo is hiring a Client Services Manager to lead a team of recruiters and deliver high-quality talent acquisition services to client accounts. The role manages recruiter performance, coaching, client relationships, recruiting metrics, hiring strategies, campaigns, recruitment technologies, P&L reporting, and continuous improvement. It is based in Bangalore, India, with a hybrid arrangement requiring four onsite days per week and a Monday-to-Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST schedule. Prior talent acquisition or human resources experience, team-coaching experience, recruitment technology knowledge, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a preferred bachelor’s degree are required or preferred.
