Cielo is hiring a Client Services Manager to lead a team of recruiters and deliver high-quality talent acquisition services to clients, particularly in the Life Science Sector. The role manages recruiter performance, coaching, client relationships, recruiting metrics, hiring strategies, campaigns, P&L management, and continuous improvement. Candidates need prior talent acquisition or human resources experience, experience coaching peers or managing a team, knowledge of recruitment technologies and Microsoft Office, and a preferred bachelor’s degree in a related field.
