Cielo is hiring a Client Services Manager to lead a team of recruiters and deliver high-quality talent acquisition services to client accounts. The role manages recruiter performance, coaching, client relationships, recruiting metrics, hiring strategies, campaigns, process improvement, and P&L management. It requires prior talent acquisition or human resources experience, team-coaching experience, pharmaceutical experience, consulting and sourcing skills, knowledge of OFCCP, and strong Microsoft Office proficiency; a bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
