IQVIA is hiring a Manila Speaker Bureau Logistics Planner to coordinate venue, food and beverage, and audio-visual logistics for compliant life sciences meetings and events. The role serves as the main contact for vendors on behalf of client field-force sales representatives, confirms bookings and service needs, manages documentation and vendor communication, escalates compliance risks, and meets defined service-level requirements. The position requires at least two years of events planning or customer service experience, prior catering experience for US clients, a bachelor's degree, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to work during US business hours and report onsite frequently.
