Back Cove Animal Hospital is hiring a full-time Veterinary Client Care Specialist in Portland, Maine. The role provides an exceptional client experience, greets clients and pets, manages phone lines and email communications, schedules appointments, processes payments, and maintains a clean reception. Applicants need a positive attitude, communication and multitasking skills, computer proficiency, and at least two years of veterinary hospital experience; a high school education or equivalent is required. The position is in person, offers a flexible schedule with one to two Saturdays per month, and includes health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
