Description
The Client Services Representative will provide phone, email, and chat support to clients, resolve inquiries, educate users about background screening services and adverse-action processes, assist with account creation and orders, train clients on billing and platform functionality, and collaborate with internal teams. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years of client services or customer support experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. The position offers remote work from home or any location of the employee’s choice.
