Description
The Veterinary Receptionist will welcome clients and their pets, schedule appointments, manage the clinic calendar, answer calls and messages, maintain client records, assist with check-in and check-out and payment processing, provide information about services and products, keep the reception area welcoming, and support the veterinary team. The role requires strong communication, customer service, computer skills, and comfort in a fast-paced environment; animal-care experience is a plus. It is a full-time position with rotating Saturdays, flexible scheduling, and compensation of $16-$18, plus medical, vision, dental, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
