The Client Services Representative supports bank clients by establishing and maintaining relationships, processing account transactions, opening and maintaining accounts, resolving service issues, cross-selling financial products, and performing branch clerical and teller duties. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, six months of customer service-related teller experience, basic accounting knowledge, compliance training, financial data analysis, communication, Microsoft Office, data entry, and math skills, along with sustained standing and sitting in a low-noise office environment.
