Client Services Representative at TEKsystems

TEKsystems is hiring multiple Client Services Representatives for a contract-to-hire, fully onsite role in Pittston, Pennsylvania. The position handles inbound customer calls, account updates, policy changes, billing questions, automatic payment enrollment, customer concerns, CRM documentation, and productivity and quality goals.
