The role handles inbound calls, resolves inquiries, processes account updates and policy changes, assists with payments and autopay, retains customers, documents interactions, manages leads, and follows up on requests. It is a fully onsite, contract-to-hire position in Pittston, Pennsylvania, with 8.5-hour Monday-Friday shifts and an hourly base pay of $19.00 plus incentive opportunities. The position is anticipated to close on October 9, 2026.
