Interactive Brokers is hiring a Client Services Representative to resolve routine and complex client inquiries through phone, email, and chat; handle cash deposits and withdrawals, account transfers, product information, exchange and clearing functions, order routing, settlement, corporate actions, margin calculations, commissions, interest, and fees; and coordinate with internal and external departments. The role requires a bachelor’s or advanced degree in finance, economics, or a related field, 2–3 years of client-services or related experience, strong communication skills, knowledge of major financial instruments, fluency in English plus one additional language, and an EU passport or qualifying work permit/residency for Estonia. The anticipated base salary is €23,000 to €25,000 annually, with a performance-based bonus, stock incentives, private health insurance, and other benefits.
