Description

OLIVER is hiring a Solution Design Architect to lead operational and solution design for new client pitches and engagements. The role translates client needs into workflows, operating models, commercial models, measurement frameworks, and technology-aligned solutions, while presenting to senior marketing stakeholders and bridging clients, commercial, technology, and delivery teams. It is primarily remote in Germany with regular EMEA business travel, requires fluency in German or Spanish, and is an 18-month fixed-term contract with a view to extension.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 10-15 years of experience in solution design, consulting, strategy, operations, or a similar role within advertising, marketing, media, or marketing technology
Hands-on experience building and validating pricing or commercial models
Experience mapping, challenging, and redesigning ways of working and articulating operating model principles
Working knowledge of advertising and marketing channels and their connection to data and technology
Technical fluency in martech, adtech, data, and platforms
Preferred Qualifications: Experience contributing to new business wins, RFPs, and pitch processes
Experience in an agency, consultancy, or in-house marketing transformation environment
Experience with global or multi-market clients and remote, cross-functional teams
