Client Solutions Manager, MD at State Street

State Street is hiring a Client Solution Manager to own the end-to-end solution design and delivery lifecycle for large, complex, long-term client engagements involving the Alpha CSM platform. The role coordinates products, technology, and functional teams; manages client relationships and stakeholder alignment; translates requirements into business requirement documents and solution designs; leads governance and delivery decisions; and ensures solutions align with Alpha architecture, standards, and scalability objectives. The position requires extensive experience with large multi-year programs, strong client relationship and communication skills, and familiarity with financial markets and investment management processes. The stated salary range is $170,000 to $267,500 annually, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
