Talbots is hiring a regular/part-time Retail Sales Associate for its Camp Hill, Pennsylvania store. The role focuses on customer service, building client relationships, prospecting and appointment setting, driving store traffic, recommending products and fashion trends, and meeting sales and service metrics. The associate may also lead or supervise others, open or close the store, and represent the brand professionally. The position requires availability of at least 20 hours per week, flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to perform physical store tasks.
