Endsight is hiring a remote Client Strategy Associate based in the Napa, California area to support client strategy teams and Pods. The role involves preparing and following up on executive business reviews and client check-ins, monitoring client health through dashboards and reports, resolving escalations, supporting onboarding and renewals, coordinating with finance and other teams, and potentially managing a small client portfolio. Candidates should have 3–5 years of relevant experience in client success, account coordination, service delivery, MSP, SaaS, or professional services, along with CRM or PSA experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage recurring workflows.
