COVE is hiring a full-time Client Success Associate in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia to support prospective clients, clients, tenants, and site users through client engagement, onboarding, site tours, events, CRM administration, feedback collection, and service coordination. The role requires a bachelor's degree or diploma in business administration or a related field, at least three years of relevant customer experience or client relations experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and CRM experience; it offers a hybrid work model with one remote day per week and medical and dental benefits.
