Description

Alteva RCM is hiring a Client Success Manager to serve as the primary relationship owner for physician and practice clients in a healthcare revenue cycle environment. The role manages client relationships, retention, performance oversight, escalations, onboarding, cross-functional collaboration, reporting, and continuous improvement across billing, coding, authorizations, intake, and accounts receivable. Candidates need at least five years of relevant healthcare account management or client-facing operations experience, with healthcare revenue cycle knowledge preferred. The pay range is $85,000 to $125,000 USD, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 5+ years of healthcare account management, client success, physician relations, revenue cycle, medical billing, or related client-facing healthcare operations experience
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a medical billing company, RCM environment, or physician practice support setting
Experience supporting physician clients, medical groups, or provider organizations in a relationship management or operational liaison role
Working knowledge of payer behavior, denial trends, credentialing dependencies, and front-to-back revenue cycle operations
Experience leading client meetings, business reviews, or performance discussions with external stakeholders
Familiarity with healthcare reporting tools, EMRs, billing platforms, PowerBI, and Microsoft Office
