From Day One is hiring a remote Client Success Manager to own sponsor relationships from contract signing through renewal while also managing conference vendors, venues, contracts, budgets, logistics, and on-site event execution. The role requires at least a four-year degree, three years of post-graduation professional experience, client success or related experience, budget and contract ownership, quantitative skills, strong organization and communication, and regular travel to events, with availability for Toronto-area stakeholder meetings.
