Description
Tumelo is hiring a full-time Client Success Manager in Bristol on a hybrid basis, with candidates required to be based in the United Kingdom. The role owns client onboarding and long-term relationships across ProxyBeacon and ProxySphere, coordinates delivery across stewardship, data, voting operations, and engineering, supports pricing and contracting, manages governance and service levels, identifies expansion opportunities, and improves onboarding processes. The position reports to the Head of Operations and offers up to £75,000, private health insurance, a share scheme, pension contributions, flexible hours, and hybrid working requiring at least two days per week in Bristol.
